ORLANDO, Fla. — Gatorland, the “alligator capital of the world,” is giving Floridians more time to save on admission by extending its Florida resident ticket deal.

- Proof of residency is required to get the discounted rate
The deal, which now runs through Feb. 28, gives Florida residents 50% off a single-day ticket.
With the discount, a ticket costs $16.50 for adults instead of the usual $32.99. For children ages 3-12, the price is $11.50 instead of the $22.99.
To get the special rate, adults will be required to show proof of Florida residency.
Gatorland is also offering Florida residents to upgrade to the Greater Gator Package for $13.59 plus tax. The package includes three popular attractions—the Meet-A-Gator, Gator Chow and a day pass for the Gatorland Express.
