"I am so excited to be bringing Jaleo to Disney Springs to share the spirit and flavor of my beloved Spain with people from around the world," Andres said. "Here's to tonight and many, many more to come at Jaleo."
The Disney Springs restaurant is now the fifth Jaleo location, which first opened in Washington, D.C. in 1993.
The restaurant's menu features a mix of classic as well as contemporary Spanish cuisine, all served tapas-style. Dishes include gambas al ajillo, croquetas de pollo, cheeses and meats. The drink menu features specialty cocktails like Andres' signature sangria.
Jaleo's exterior design resembles an artichoke, covered with red and yellow. The color scheme, which takes inspiration from the Spanish flag, continues inside the restaurant.
The restaurant has dining areas both upstairs and downstairs, as well as outdoor seating.
Andres joins a growing list of celebrity chefs with restaurants at the entertainment and shopping district, including Guy Fieri (Chicken Guy!) and Art Smith (Chef Art Smith's Homecomin').
