ORLANDO, Fla. -- Discovery Cove has added two new experiences to its lineup, including a behind-the-scenes animal tour.

• Animal Trek tour lets guest interact with animals
• Massage option now available at new Oasis Spa

The 90-minute Animal Trek tour takes guests through the Explorer's Aviary, where they can feed and handle birds, and Freshwater Oasis, where they can interact with otters.

Guests may also have a chance to interact with an anteater and a sloth, depending on the animal's interest.

During the expedition, facts will be shared about the illegal pet trade, bird longevity and the Species Survival Plan.

The Animal Trek tour starts at $79. Guests ages 6 to 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Two sessions will be held each day, with a limited of 12 guests for each tour.

Discovery Cove has also added a new massage option. The 25-minute sessions are available at the new Oasis Spa and performed by a licensed therapist.

Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, with pricing starting at $59.
