“At certain points, especially on a busy afternoon, all the parking spaces here will get filled up,” says Jeff Anderson, an architect with Mel-d Studio Architecture.
His office is on Guava Avenue between St. Claire and Creel Streets, and it’s getting more crowded every day.
Anderson and other business owners have been asking about increasing parking in the district.

The increased parking would work well during busy weekend events like the recent Brewfest.
“They park this entire field from the church, all these spaces were taken up an hour before the festival, so it fills up,” Anderson says.
