A 41-year-old man is dead after being stabbed by another man in Manlius.

The Onondaga County Sheriff's Office said it happened around 8:30 p.m. Friday on Oran Delphi Road. They say a 911 call indicated a man had been stabbed at a residence.

The sheriff's office said Joshua Angell, 41 of Pompey, and Raymond Symer, 35 of Onondaga, were arguing and "it became physical to the point where Symer stabbed Angell with a large kitchen knife that led to his death."

Symer was arrested at the scene and is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center; he's been charged with first degree manslaughter.
