A nearly month-long foodie event returns for a third year to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, and it once again includes a star-studded events.
1. Through November 5, 2024, you can treat your taste buds to some fun new flavors around the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
2. Taste of Space Fall Bites is included with regular visitor complex admission. Menu items are available for purchase, like the harvest bowl, cranberry brie puffs, autumn pizzas, and specialty cookies.
3. A highlight this year is a chance to see well-known Chef Duff Goldman in the Taste of Space: Celebrity Chef Edition on November 2. We spoke with the Ace of Cakes star, who is geeking out about demoing his food here. “The coolest part is when I do a demo, I’m doing it with an astronaut,” Chef gawked. “So it’s like, you know, I know what I’m doing. I know how to cook. I’ll be cooking [at the event], and at the same time, I’ll be like [looks starstruck at the astronaut] ‘You were in space!”
4. Chef Duff is also looking forward to be around equally passionate people. “To become an astronaut, there’s a lot you’ve got to do. You have to really want it. Not that cooking is as hard as flying spaceships, but to succeed in the world of cooking, you have to absolutely love it and you have to work really hard.”
5. The Celebrity Chef Edition also features chef Amanda Freitag (Chopped, Iron Chef America), and Chef Jon Ashton (The Today Show, The Tonight Show). You can purchase tickets at the KSCVS official site.
