FLORIDA — The suspect in the abduction of a 4-year-old child on Sunday has been charged with three counts of murder, according to a Broward County Sheriff's Office report.

Seraphina Gingles was found safe with the suspect, Nathan Gingles, just before 11 a.m. Sunday morning after an AMBER alert was issued for her and a Broward County woman. Gingles is the father of the girl.

But the bodies of Mary Gingles, 34, and Andrew Ferrin, 36, were found during the investigation. According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, both died of gunshot wounds inside a home at 5888 North Plum Bay Parkway in Tamarac.

The investigation that prompted the AMBER alert began about 6 a.m. Sunday when the Broward County Sheriff's Office received reports of a shooting in the 9700 block of North Grand Duke Circle in Tamarac. Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and Tamarac Fire Rescue responded and found the body of an adult male, David Pozner. Pozner died after being shot on the back patio of a home at 5897 North Plum Bay Parkway in Tamarac. Pozner, 64, was the father of Mary Gingles.

Nathan Gingles, 43, was arrested on three counts of first-degree murder with a firearm, violation of a domestic violence injunction and interference with custody, according to the sheriff's office. He was taken to the Broward County Main Jail.
