WORCESTER, Mass. - The Worcester Academy boys basketball team beat Northfield Mount Hermon 84-70 on Wednesday night. The Hilltoppers had four players hit for double figures, leading the way was Worcester native Amir Jenkins who had 25 points, Cam Hailey had 18 points, while Payton Kamin had 16 and Connor Swider had 13. It was a back and forth first half that saw both teams hold leads, Worcester Academy made a late run to go up by 4 points at the break, and in the second half the Hilltoppers defense and transition points made sure there would be no comeback. It was a great overall team win, "very impressive win," said Guard Amir Jenkins, "we put two good halves together as a team, I feel like everybody contributed to the team. To get a big win against a very good basketball team."
Worcester Academy is 14-3 on the season
