TAMPA, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol is asking for the public’s help in an investigation into the death of a 29-year-old woman.

According to troopers, Stephanie Contreras of Plant City was found Christmas morning along the shoulder of I-275 near Dale Mabry Highway.

Authorities said Contreras, a mother of four, had a head injury and road rash on her body.

She later died at the hospital.
