A manhunt is on for the suspect who Daytona Beach Police are saying shot an officer. Police say the officer was responding to a suspicious incident around 9 o'clock Wednesday night, and walked up to the suspect asking him if he lived in this area.

Officials say the officer was then shot by the suspect. Police and the Us Marshals Office are now looking for 29-year-old Othal Wallace.

Police are offering a 100-thousand dollar reward for information leading to his arrest. He should be considered armed and dangerous and was in a 20-16 Honda H-R-V with California license plate.
