ORLANDO, Fla. — Orlando Police officers said early Thursday that a missing 82-year-old resident whose credit card was used in Flagler County had been found safe in Volusia County.

- Early suffers from dementia, didn't have his medication
- Statewide Silver Alert was activated but has been canceled
John Bryson Early was last seen at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home in the 2800 block of Dellwood Drive.
He was though to be driving a light blue 2013 Toyota Prius with this Florida license plate: 975-AHN.
"The vehicle has solar toys on the dashboard and a tag border which reads, 'My other car is a Corvette,' " police said.
"John is diagnosed with dementia and does not have his medication with him," Orlando police said in a statement.
His last known credit card transation was at Shell gas station in Flagler County on Wednesday, police added.
"John is believed to be wearing a blue collared shirt with pocket, blue jeans, a black belt, black New Balance sneakers, a silver watch, a silver wedding ring, and glasses with a sunglasses clip-on .... ," police added.
A statewide Silver Alert was activated for the missing Orlando man, which was canceled Thursday.
Early was found late Wednesday night and taken to a local hospital for evaluation, but he was otherwise unharmed, police said.
