PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — The man facing charges in a Largo murder is scheduled to appear before a judge Tuesday.

Ryan Avedisian, 38, is facing first degree murder charges after a person was shot to death Monday morning in a home in the Lake Alison subdivision.
Largo Police have released few details and have not said who was killed in the home.
According to neighbors, a young Iraq War veteran had been living in the home with roommates for a couple of years.
According to police, Avedisian said he believed someone in the home was trying to poison his food. Avedisian said he was in his bedroom when he thought he heard the victim in the kitchen say “I’m gonna kill him.”
Avedisian said that he stayed up all night, and in the morning, shot the victim multiple times as he was standing in the kitchen near the refrigerator.
Avedisian then called 911.
