LOS ANGELES – President Donald Trump is making a stop in Los Angeles for the next two days, including meeting with supporters and a fundraising dinner.
Drivers should keep an eye out for several road closures that will last until midday on Wednesday.
The president will arrive in Mountain View, Calif. at 11:20 a.m. He will then move onto Palo Alto where he will participate in a roundtable with his supporters.
Trump will fly into the Los Angeles International Airport at 3:25 p.m. His visit includes stops across L.A., including downtown, and Santa Monica, where he will fly out to Beverly Hills. His day ends with a fundraising committee dinner.
Many people are speculating if Trump will address the city’s homeless crisis. White House officials were ordered by the administration to create a solution to the homelessness crisis, but lawmakers are skeptical over what that could mean.
The Trump administration recently reached out to Union Rescue Mission to learn more about the problem. Congresswoman Katie Hill, 25 District, says Trump doesn’t know the first thing about homelessness.
