The Walt Disney Company has begun delivering supplies to those affected by Hurricane Dorian.

Disney's cruise ship, the Disney Dream, dropped off food and water in the Bahamas on Wednesday. The shipment arrived at Castaway Cay, Disney's private island, where crew members there will distribute the supplies through the Abacos.
Disney's other cruise ship, the Disney Fantasy, will drop off a shipment on Friday, the company said.
The delivery comes after Disney pledged $1 million toward relief and recovery efforts in the Bahamas.
"The Bahamas is such a special place to us and our guest, and we have watched the devastation created by Hurricane Dorian with concern and heartache," Disney Cruise Line president Jeff Vahle said in a statement Tuesday.
Hurricane Dorian was a Category 5 storm when it hit the Bahamas on Sunday. The storm has killed at least 20 people in the Bahamas.
