TITUSVILLE, Fla. — An 11-year-old student is facing two felony charges after police say he made a threat of violence at a Titusville school.

The boy made the threat against Fieldston Preparatory School, on Columbia Boulevard near State Road 50 and Interstate 95, Titsuville Police said Thursday — one year to the day of the Parkland school massacre.
Authorities said he also had a knife.
The student is facing charges of possession of a weapon on school property and aggravated assault.
The scene was secure, and there weree no reported injuries to students or staff, they said.
In Flagler County a day earlier, a 13-year-old student of Belle Terre Middle School in Palm Coast was arrested on felony charges after deputies there said the child talked on XBox Live about plans to shoot up a school.
The boy was charged Wednesday with making a false report concerning the use of a firearm in a deadly manner.
We're not identifying him because he is a minor.
Flagler Sheriff's deputies said another student reported the boy. They're now reminding students of its zero-tolerance policy toward school threats.
