APOPKA, Fla. — Orange County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a shooting that killed one man and injured another Friday night.

- 22-year-old Alec Emilio Hammers died at the scene
Deputies were called to the scene at 505 South Ocean Avenue around 11:50 p.m. Upon arrival they found two men in their 20's, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
One of the men, Alec Emilio Hammers, 22, died at the scene. The other was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Authorities have not yet released information on the other man.
