ORLANDO, Fla. — One person was killed and another seriously injured in a shooting just east of Orlando.

Orange County Fire Rescue responded to Vonderay Road around 8:40 p.m. Thursday, just east of State Road 417 and south of East Colonial.
Investigators say a man was shot and killed in the doorway of the home. The homeowner was taken to the hospital with head injuries.
Orlando Police are trying to figure out exactly what happened and if anyone else is involved.
