CLERMONT, Fla. — A death investigation is underway after a person was shot and killed Wednesday night at a Lake County apartment complex.

Lake County authorities responded to the scene of the shooting, which happened at the Sundance Apartment Complex in Clermont.

Residents were kept out of the complex late into Wednesday night.
