ST. CLOUD, Fla. — Neighbors at a mobile home park where a man was shot dead and a woman was critically wounded said the woman was married to the suspect in the slaying.

The man, Rafael Antonio Perdomo Primera, is wanted by police in the Sunday afternoon shooting, and they say he's armed and dangerous.
"This is a wonderful community. It's quite a shock for all of us what has happened here," said Dennie Brentlinger, the president of the homeowners' association at Sugar Mill Mobile Home Park.
But that serenity was disrupted when two people were shot and left lying and bleeding in the driveway of a home. Investigators found a bracelet on the ground with letters that spelled the word "love."
"We feel terrible. This whole neighborhood is so upset over it," said Gail, another resident who did not feel comfortable giving out her last name. "We never have anything like that happen over here."
Gail said her neighbor who was shot to death was a good man. She said he was in the process of selling his home to move out with his recent girlfriend, the woman who was left critically wounded.
Police are looking for Perdomo Primera in relation to the crime. Investigators think he's still married to the woman they say he shot, and the two are separated.
"[I hope] he pays for what he did. It's senseless," Brentlinger said. "I am praying for the woman that got shot that she recovers and goes on with her life."
A car that investigators say Perdomo Primera rented was found abandoned in a Kissimmee parking lot.
"It's a sad situation. Very sad. Domestic," Gail said. "You never know, do we?"
St. Cloud Police said they have an active warrant for the gunman who they consider armed and dangerous.
