I-4 Ultimate crews will be temporarily closing a number of eastbound S.R. 408 entrance ramps this weekend, including the one from I-4.
The rolling roadblocks are scheduled to happen between Good Homes Road and Magnolia Avenue overnight Friday (midnight Saturday) to 6 a.m. Sunday. The roadblocks will roll from west to east, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
During those hours, eight eastbound ramps will be temporarily closed while work crews install bridge girders for S.R. 408 near Magnolia Avenue.
The rolling roadblocks will occur several times each night.
Additionally, both the eastbound and westbound entrance ramps from I-4 to S.R. 408 will close from 10 p.m. Friday-6 a.m. Saturday and again from 10 a.m. Saturday-6 a.m. Sunday. Motorists should be prepared for one lane to close on each side of S.R. 408.
