ORLANDO, Fla. — A 21-year-old man has been charged in a shooting at an Orange County Papa John's last month that left two people dead.
- 4 men found shot outside and in lobby of South OBT Papa John's
- Deputies: Witness called 911, described car to dispatchers
- Trevor Bailey charged with 2nd-degree murder, attempted murder
Trevor Bailey of Orlando is facing second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder charges in connection to the November 24 shooting at the restaurant on the corner of South Orange Blossom Trail and Oak Ridge Road, Orange County deputies say.
Investigators say the shooting stemmed from a drug deal that turned into a robbery. A 911 caller reported that they'd seen a shooting, then a silver Hyundai speeding away.
When deputies arrived, they said they found four men with gunshot wounds — two were inside a car parked behind the business, a third was lying on the ground behind the car, and a fourth was in the lobby of the Papa John's.
Philip O'Brien died in the car. Jose Boulogne, Lane Patterson, and Anthony Feliciano were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where Feliciano was pronounced dead.
Investigators say Bailey was the driver of the silver Hyundai, which crashed a few miles away.
