Wegmans announced a recall on items that contain cauliflower due to a threat of E. coli.
The recalled products include:
- Wegmans Cauliflower Rice, 1 pound package
- Wegmans Cauliflower Rice, 8 pound package
- Wegmans Stir Fry Blend with cauliflower, 1 pound package
- Wegmans Veggie Rice Blend with cauliflower, sold by the pound.
Grocery store officials say all products may be returned for a full refund.
