Following the recent Black Lives Matter protests, we want to make sure the conversation continues, that we work together to ensure Justice For All. Today, that conversation is about guiding children through crisis. How should parents and teachers talk to children about the images and messages they are seeing play out across the country. These images are of both peaceful demonstrations and of violence and destruction. From the group 100 Black Men of Greater Orlando: “What they see is what they’ll be.” We explore this mantra and dive deeper into the conversation of mentoring and shaping our youth.
