Good evening, Central Florida. We're wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

Our typical rainy season pattern will continue for the final weekend of July. Moisture has increased across the region and this will lead to a wider coverage of storms for both Saturday and Sunday.

It will not be a washout for your weekend, however, rain chances will increase by mid-afternoon. The best chance for storms will be across the interior and west of I-95. Rain chances will be lower at our east coast beaches.

Mornings will start out with plenty of sun before clouds build by the afternoon. Temperatures will heat back up into the low to mid-90s. The high humidity will push heat index values into the triple digits before the rain falls.

Any showers and storms will likely last until around sunset, which is still between 8 and 9 p.m. this time of the year.

Highs: Low to mid-90s

Lows: Mid-70s

Rain Coverage: 60%
