EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Harvey Weinstein has been diagnosed with cancer, according to media reports.

The former Hollywood producer, who has been accused of sexual misconduct amid the #MeToo era, has chronic myeloid leukemia, according to the reports, which also revealed that Weinstein is undergoing treatment in prison at Rikers Island in New York.

Weinstein was indicted on new sex crime charges in September, ahead of his upcoming retrial.
