According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the 30-year-old former New York Jets player is charged with aggravated battery and criminal mischief over the caught-on-camera assault of Kristin Evans at her Oakland, Orange County, Fla., home on Nov. 13.
According to police records, at around 2:20 p.m. that day, Stacy was sitting on the couch of Evans’ home eating breakfast when the two got into an argument and he became physical.
From the victim’s surveillance video inside the home, officers reported seeing Stacy strike the Evans twice in the back of the head, according to the arrest warrant in the case.
“Stacy then picked up the victim like a ‘rag doll’ and threw her into a 65-inch television. As a result, the victim struck the television, fell to the floor, and the television fell on top of her, causing injury,” the warrant said. “... While (she) was on the floor, he continued yelling at (her) and striking her while she got up from the floor, picked her up again, and threw her onto the baby’s bouncy chair.”

During the entire incident, Evans tried to stay calm and talk to him, but also she kept pleading for him to stop, stated the arrest warrant.
Once Stacy left the home, Evans called 911.
Speaking to Spectrum News 13 Friday, Evans said she wished each day was getting better since the alleged attack, but that wasn't happening.
For one, this was not the first time Stacy had attacked her, Evans said, a claim that was also noted by the Oakland Police Department.
“The physical abuse began in May," Evans said Friday. "I thought I could forgive him and he could be there for the birth of our son in June, and it just continued to happen and it got significantly worse each time.”
The two now have a 5-month-old son together, and for months Evans was hopeful that Stacy could change.
“He said to me, 'I know there is something wrong with, me but please be patient with me,'" she said. "'I am trying to get better,' but it just didn’t happen.”
She didn't think Stacy was capable of the kind of attack that resulted in his arrest.
“I said he would never do that to me, he would never raise a hand to me," Evans said. "In the beginning it was great, whenever he needed moments to step away, he would step away.”
According to an Oakland Police Department report from September, Stacy, with a stack of mail in his hand, "willfully and intentionally" struck Evens on the side of her face. She declined to press charges, admitting she didn't want him to get in trouble, and that she was hopeful he would get help.
This past weekend Evans said she finally had enough.
“I don’t want contact with him," she said. "I am not responsible for your thoughts, feelings or actions.”
Evans knows she suffered some internal bruising, but she is still going in for tests to determine the full extent of her injuries.
Deputies said that Stacy fled after his alleged attack on Nov. 13, but he was later located in Orlando.
