KISSIMMEE, Fla. — The man charged with premeditated murder in the shooting death of a 21-year-old woman who was found at a Kissimmee condo on Sunday has been denied bond by a judge.

According to the Kissimmee Police Department on Monday, Michael Javier Mejias, 21, has been charged with first-degree premeditated murder of Nicole Juliette Morales Arenas. He had his first appearance in front of a judge Monday.

Arenas was found outside of the Arbors of Sendera Condo Association unit, but she later died at a hospital.
Authorities stated she did not live at the condo where police found her.
Police say she had an on-again off-again relationship with Mejias. While he was charged with premeditated murder, authorities stated, "the exact motive for the shooting is unclear."
When police arrived at the apartment, Mejias and three other men were inside and they are all connected to the shooting, stated authorities.
Adrian Estrada Reyes, 21, and 46-year-old Victor Manuel Madera Castillo are both charged with accessory first degree and tampering with physical evidence.
Reyes and Castillo had their first appearance in front of a judge Monday.
