The theme park is kicking off its Mardi Gras celebration on Saturday.
The event, running weekends and select days through March 6, will feature live music, New Orleans-inspired entertainment, and strolling street performers.
Busch Gardens is also offering Cajun-style dishes such as shrimp po’ boy, jambalaya, gumbo and beignets. The menu will also include handcrafted cocktails.
