ORLANDO, Fla. – Universal Orlando has reopened the often-closed Green Eggs and Ham Café.

The Dr. Seuss-themed food stand is located in Seuss Landing at Universal's Islands of Adventure.
With the reopening comes a new menu filled with tator tot-based dishes. Options include Buffalo Chicken Tator Tots, which are tator tots topped with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, ranch and green onions; or the Pizza Tator Tots, which are tator tots topped with mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, pepperoni and sausage.
The more Dr. Seuss-inspired dishes include Who Hash, which is a mix of tator tots, green peppers, onions, corned beef and white cheddar served in a Who Hash can; and the Green Eggs & Ham Tator Tots, with green eggs, ham and white cheddar.
For those with a sweet tooth, there's the tator tot-free Classic S'mores.
Passholders can also get a secret menu item by showing their pass at the food stand.
The Green Eggs and Ham Café will be open for a limited time throughout the month of December.
