Instructor - Donna Mullins Parker
Dorian Cantor, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has been in the TV Production Program since 10th grade. As a quarterback turned videographer/editor, Dorian uses his football knowledge to give viewers a new dynamic perspective on sporting events. Living in Oviedo, Florida all his life, he has always aspired to be part of the Film and Television Production industry, whether it was behind or in front of the camera. As a student leader of Hagerty’s TV Production program, Dorian specializes in editing, filming, and design. He is an officer and member of several honor societies.
Danielle Deal, a junior, and new to Paul J. Hagerty High School, has recently joined the TV Production program. Danielle enjoys being in front of the camera, as well as behind it, and is working on improving her editing skills. She is in ASL 3 Honors student and enjoys signing. A local member of the 4-H Livestock club, she has been showing youth market steers for 5 years. Danielle also played fast pitch softball for 4 years in the Oviedo Babe Ruth league, which taught her the importance of working as part of a team. She loves being outdoors, and is looking forward to being a part of the remote sports crew at Hagerty.
Ashley DeLuke, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has always loved being in front of the camera. Ashley began her career at the age of four, as a model in upstate New York. She moved from New York in 2008, bringing her charisma and talent to Central Florida. She continues to pursue her love for the theater and television production. As the daughter of a Photographer and Creative Director for an advertising agency, Ashley knows what it takes to make it in the industry. She’s apart of numerous honor societies, including the International Thespian Honor Society.
Damien “DJ” Gravois, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has been involved with TV Production for four consecutive years. As a valued team member, Damien primarily focuses on video editing, photo editing, and other tech related activities. One of his many roles in the TV classroom is that of head tech in the control room, studio, and for remote shoots. Outside of the classroom he is perfecting his advanced skills in shooting action sports, and directing. An avid skateboarder, in his spare time DJ gives private skateboard clinics at the Oviedo Skate Park.
Daniella Hankey, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has been the school news anchor for Hagerty’s news program, Woof TV for the past two years. Daniella has experience working with cameras, but prefers being in front of it. She is also a Debate Captain, competing two years consecutively at the prestigious Harvard Invitational Competition. In her spare time, she volunteers mentoring youth to improve their communication skills. Daniella looks forward to a great year working with her amazing TV production team!
Daniel Healy, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has been a part of Hagerty’s Television Production program for four-years. Every year, Daniel has actively participated in remote shoots, sports filming, and editing. Daniel enjoys being involved in all aspects of filmmaking, primarily planning, directing, shooting, and editing. Daniel is an avid golfer, and a four-year member of the HHS golf team. An excellent student, Daniel is a member of several honors societies, looks forward to working with Brighthouse, and is ready to confront any challenge presented.
Jim Kurila, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has been involved in sports since a young age, starting with baseball, then transitioning to lacrosse. He has played lacrosse for Hagerty since his freshmen year, and has been approached by several college coaches who want him to play at their schools. Jim has been a member of the TV Production program for four consecutive years. He is skilled in editing, videotaping, and is now beginning to advance his skills in the audio area. He thoroughly enjoys filming, and creating sports packages for all sporting events.
Cody Wright, a senior at Paul J. Hagerty High School, has been an active member of the TV program for the past 4 years. He is skilled in all areas of production, including studio and remote shooting, and has been shooting sports for Hagerty for the past three years. Outside of school, Cody is part of the volunteer tech team at River Run Christian Church, where he operates a camera and has logged over 160 community service hours. His areas of specialization are shooting, editing, and graphics.
