Night in and night out there’s one thing you can always count on Mount Dora Christian’s Mark Gordon to get. Buckets. So much so that the game high 29 points he scored last week against IMG Academy lowered his season average.

"I can get it back up, easily," joked the Bulldogs senior guard. "That game my teammates were more involved, 24, Brian, I think he had 24 points, so that helped us out a lot."

"I thought that was one of his better games to be honest with you," recalled head coach Steven Hayes. "He took less shots, he distributed the ball more, Brian Bone stepped up and made some big shots for us, but a lot of it was orchestrated by Mark attacking the rim."

Mark averages a double double on the season, over 33 points a game and 13.1 rebounds, and when you ask Mark how he’s able to keep filling up the stat sheet point wise it’s a fairly simple explanation.

"I always watch LeBron, so I like attacking the rim, so it’s always been a thing for me scoring, attacking the rim."
