It’s the midway point through the NBA season and the Orlando Magic are sending three to compete in the games this weekend.

Elfrid Payton and Mario Hezonja will compete in the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge Friday night while Aaron Gordon prepares to make his All-Star debut Saturday evening in the Verizon Dunk Contest.

The young, high flying forward will go up against defending champ in Timberwolves Zach LaVine--with Nuggets Will Barton and Detroit’s Andrew Drummond rounding out the group.

BHSN tried to get the big man to give up some details on the big dunk—but he didn’t fall for it.

“You know I can’t tell you, I really can’t—I’d probably get in trouble,” Gordon said.

“I am just looking forward to all the excitement and you know being nervous and being anxious and having all those people on you and legends judging you and everyone watching –I’m excited for that, that feeling you get before you go up and accomplish a dunk –it will be fun!”
