A thrilling 4th quarter highlighted the latest installment of the Osceola County rivalry between the #14 Kissimmee Osceola Kowboys and the Liberty Chargers Wednesday night on the Bright House Sports Network Game of the Week.

The visiting Kowboys defeated the Chargers for the second time this season with a 51-47 victory in front of a packed house at Liberty High School. Liberty remains winless against Osceola in the series history between the two schools.

Bright House Sports Network's Player of the Game was Osceola senior guard Cortez Edwards who led all scorers with 15 points... Edwards added 7 rebounds, 2 blocks and was 3 for 3 shooting behind the arc.

D.J. Ellebb led the way for the Chargers with 13 points.

Liberty senior guard Brandon Bradley's 3 pointer cut the Osceola lead to 48-47 with 4.7 seconds left in the game, but the Chargers would not score again.
Chargers guard Dawan Williamson was charged with a technical foul because he called timeout with 2 seconds left with the Chargers down by 2, but Liberty was out of timeouts and that sealed the game for the Kowboys.

Osceola improves to 17-3 while Liberty falls to 12-8. Seven of the Chargers' 8 losses this season have been decided by 5 points or less.
