She may be the youngest player on the U18 USA team but Lake Highland Prep’s Destinee walker definitely possesses all skill and execution to play with the best in the nation.
In her debut the rising junior guard posted 10pts in 15 minutes where USA went on to control Mexico, 104-55.
The team will continue preliminary group play Thursday in Colorado Springs.
The top four teams will advance to the 2015 U19 Women’s World Championship.
