Two Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies were injured in Kissimmee on Saturday while working a Pulse funeral.

Florida Highway Patrol Public Affairs Officer Sergeant Kim Montes said that the two motorcycle deputies were directing people from the funeral at a local church near North Thacker Avenue to the burial site when a driver pulled out and hit them.

Both deputies were taken to an area hospital and listed in stable condition.

The driver did not leave the scene and will face charges, Montes said.
