Here's what you need to know about Central Florida's weather for the week ahead:

  • Drier weather moves into the area
  • Temperatures around 90 each day
  • Mostly rain-free until the weekend

A quiet and comfortable night ahead with lows dropping into the middle to upper 60s.

We will see partly to mostly sunny skies and quiet weather again on Tuesday. We will stay warm with highs near 90. Our winds will be out of the east at 5-10 mph.

Another nice day on Wednesday with winds just a bit gusty at times in the afternoon. The winds will be east at 15-20 mph.    

We stay dry through the end of the week. A few spotty showers by Friday, but a better chance on the weekend. A 30 percent chance of showers and a few storms expected. Our highs will stay in the upper 80s to near 90.

The boating and beach forecast looks good Tuesday. We will see partly to mostly sunny skies and light winds. The winds will be east at 5-10mph. The seas will be running at 2-3 feet. The water is mild at 78 at Daytona Beach and 82 at Cocoa Beach. There will be a light chop this afternoon on the intracoastal.
