Two people are dead and 10 others injured in a shooting at an Orlando nightclub, Orlando Police said.
The shooting happened in the overnight hours at the Glitz Ultra Lounge located at 7432 Universal Boulevard.
According to police, the shooting happened inside the club. One person died in the club, another died at the hospital.
Orlando police said nine people were taken to hospitals with gunshot wounds. One is listed in critical condition. Another person was hurt as people inside the club ran for the exits.
Investigators said 300 people were inside the club, including the club's security and three extra duty Orlando police officers who were working inside.
No officers were involved in the shooting, police said.
