Osceola County investigators say another victim has come forward, accusing registered felon David Lee Brown Sr. of molestation.
According to investigators, a family member told detectives Brown, 50, may have inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl. The 13-year-old was brought in for questioning and said that Brown inappropriately touched her on at least two occasions, investigators said. The girl also told investigators that Brown solicited her to perform a lewd act.
Investigators filed additional charges against Brown including two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct.
Brown is currently in the Osceola County Jail. He was arrested on January 19 after a 12-year-old girl told investigators he had inappropriately touched her. The girl said the incidents happened when she was 11 and that Brown had sex with her at least 10 times.
Brown is a registered felon and was released from the Florida Department of Corrections several years ago. He was sentenced to 15 years for drug-related charges.
