Osceola County detectives are investigating a home invasion and kidnapping in St. Cloud in which a woman and her teenage daughter were reportedly held at gunpoint.

According to a Sheriff's Office news release, the daughter was at a home on Rachel Lin Lane in the East Lake Reserve subdivision Thursday afternoon when her mother's boyfriend was forced into the home by several suspects. They tied up the girl and her mom's boyfriend, and her head was covered with a pillowcase. At some point, some of the home-invasion suspects left with the boyfriend, while others stayed at the home.

At about 8 p.m., the girl's mother came home, and the suspects tied her up and held the two at gunpoint. Just after 1 a.m. Friday, the suspects left, and the woman and her daughter ran to a neighbor's house and called authorities.

A short time later, St. Cloud Police found the mother's vehicle on Rummel Road. Her boyfriend was tied up in the back seat. He was taken to a hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Detectives are looking for four suspects:

  • One man was wearing a Converse logo jacket, black Jordan shoes, a mask and multicolored gloves;
  • Another was a heavy-set man;
  • A third man was wearing shorts above the knee, navy blue Converse shoes and a black jacket;
  • And a fourth person's description was not specific.
