A crash involving a car and a bus stop shelter sent one person, who was in a wheelchair, to the hospital Monday evening.
The crash happened on State Road 434 near Gateway Drive, in Altamonte Springs, shortly before 6 p.m.
The person in the wheelchair, who was not immediately identified, was taken to Florida Hospital Altamonte after the crash.
The driver of the car remained on the scene. No other information was immediately released.
