There will be lane closures for almost a year along a major bridge in Brevard County as crews make repairs.
The Pineda Causeway, which runs from Palm Shores to Merritt Island, will be under repair for about 340 days. The bridge crosses over the Intracoastal Waterway.
Work was scheduled to begin July 28. The repairs will take place both during the day and at night Mondays through Fridays.
