Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the near-drowning of a 4-year-old boy in Kissimmee on Saturday.
According to deputies, the boy was found unconscious around 12:23 p.m. near a swimming pool at the Orbit One Vacation Villas at 2950 Entry Point Boulvevard.
Witnesses told deputies the boy had been underwater for an unknown amount of time.
The boy was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital and is currently in ICU where doctors are monitoring his condition.
Detectives believe the near-drowning was accidental.
