The man accused of attacking his ex-wife and killing her boyfriend in Winter Springs will stay in jail with no bond.
Michael Friedman appeared in court Saturday.
The judge ordered no bond and no contact with his ex-wife Joann, along with the two kids who were there during the incident.
Police said Friedman fled after the shooting, but he was found in Citrus County after a statewide manhunt.
They said the 63-year-old was in his car with hoses hooked up from the exhaust pipes to inside his car – in an apparent attempt to kill himself.
Friedman's arraignment is scheduled for August.
