Two suspects have been arrested in the shooting death of a Kissimmee man over the weekend.

On Saturday night, officers responded to the 1600 block of North Main Street for the report of shots fired and found 61-year-old Guillermo Olivencia shot.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Kissimmee Police Department says investigators reviewed several hours of surveillance video from the area and were able to identify a vehicle at the scene.

Investigators located the driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old Jonathony Santiago, and said he cooperated with them and identified the shooter as 31-year-old Jason Simmons.

Detectives said Simmons shot Olivencia after an earlier dispute and insult made by Olivencia toward Simmons.

Simmons was brought to the police department but investigators said he did not cooperate with them.

Simmons and Santiago were both charged with premeditated murder and conspiracy to commit murder.  They are being held in the Osceola County Jail on a no bond status.
