Two men were arrested Friday at an Osceola County home on several drug-related charges after deputies responded to reports of criminal activity.

Jose Gonzalez-Cortes, 38, of Poinciana, who is a documented gang member, was charged with trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin.

An investigation into Cortes began after the Osceola County Sheriff's Office received reports of criminal activity taking place at the man's home.

Another resident inside the home, 36-year-old Arcadio Rodriguez-Melendez, of Kissimmee, was arrested on possession of cocaine charges.

Deputies also found more than $34,000 in cash inside the home.
