Video shows a Kissimmee police detective go through a field sobriety test and get arrested for DUI.

The video will be used by prosecutors in Moises Perez's trial on Monday.

Perez was arrested in November 2014 after he was caught speeding along John Young Parkway.

The video appears to show Perez lose his balance during the sobriety test with an Osceola County deputy. The deputy also said Perez had just come from a party where he drank "a few cranberry and vodka drinks."

Deputies said while Perez agreed to the field sobriety test, he wouldn't take a breath test.

Perez, who was Kissimmee's detective of the year for 2013, has been on administrative duty since his arrest.
