A 100-pound sea turtle is safe after it was rescued by Volusia County Beach Safety officers.
The sea turtle was rescued Wednesday afternoon in Ormond Beach.
Officers noticed the turtle appeared to be sick and took it to the Marine Science Center in Ponce Inlet.
