Temperatures Thursday started out warm, but started to drop following the passage of a cold front. Cooler air will impact the end of our work week, but we will start warming back up this weekend.

Mostly cloudy skies are in the forecast through the overnight hours. An isolated shower will be possible, but most will be dry as we head toward daybreak. With stronger winds out of the northwest, cooler air will drop our low temperatures into the upper-40s to low-50s.

Our winds will transition quickly to the northeast on Friday, not allowing for enough dry air to move in and clear us out. This means that mostly cloudy skies will stick around with a slight chance for a few showers. Winds will be breezy, making for some choppy ocean and lake conditions. Highs will remain cool, climbing only into the mid-60s.

Unsettled weather continues this weekend with a slight chance for showers to move ashore both Saturday and Sunday. We will start to warm back up with highs in the mid- to upper-70s. Early next workweek, drier conditions move in and temperatures warm into the 80s.
