Four friends are in jail, accused of targeting and shooting at a family's home late Tuesday On Topaz Trail in Kissimmee.

Police said it was all to intimidate a witness from testifying in a robbery case.

Caller to 911: “They shot... We were in the living room and heard a bang and I can see through my window that I have like a crack. I think they shot a BB gun into my window.”

However, investigators discovered someone shot several times into the home with a real gun. Although no one was injured several people, like neighbor Omar Rosario and his family, were startled by the shooting.

“It’s scary because I have my kids at my house, you know, us and my old lady and her cousin. It kind of gets you worked up because you don’t know what’s going on,” Rosario said.

Now investigators believe this wasn’t a random shooting and the family was a target.

“The intended victim was able to help us with this investigation. He was receiving threatening text messages and social media posts,” said Stacie Miller with the Kissimmee Police Department.

Police said that intended victim is 19-year-old Rafael Gonzales, who was arrested for a robbery back in September. This week that case was in court for a pretrial hearing. He wasn’t the only one involved in the robbery.

After the shooting, investigators tracked down four people they say were trying to intimidate Gonzales.

Stephanie Lopez, 18, Kenneth Feliciano, 18, Jaylee Negron, 19, and Bryan Cudjoe, 20, were all arrested for the shooting.

Now Gonzales and his family said they don’t want to talk because they’re worried they still could be targeted and other neighbors didn’t want to go on camera out of fear.

Rosario said he’s just hoping his neighborhood goes back to being quiet. “It’s surprising because it’s usually a quiet neighborhood. You know? So it’s like wow. It’s startling," he said.

Three of the suspects are being held without bond, because of previous arrests. Only Bryan Cudjoe is out of jail, after posting bail earlier this week.
