A training exercise this week will allow Orlando police officers to look for news clues in the search for missing mom Michelle Parker.

The Orlando Police Department says they will be searching in an area near Lee Vista and Semoran on Friday.

Investigators say phone records show Parker's phone pinged in that area.

That's according to Parker's mother Yvonne Stewart who is hopeful that will lead to something.

"I hope that we can find her as much as I don't want to. We need to have closure," said Stewart.

Parker disappeared in November 2011 after dropping off her kids at her ex-fiancé Dale Smith Jr.'s house.

Smith remains the only suspect in her disappearance.
